I have found the pillow to be quite comfortable. It does look a bit odd when compared to other pillows, even with the pillowcase over the top, but I have used it for the past three nights and had a good sleep. When I first got this I thought it may be too soft as I usually prefer something more firm however it is still supportive of the neck. The dip is also helping me train to sleep on my back in a comfortable manor to ease my neck pain. The neck and head dip is perfect height for me but it will depend person to person. As a side sleeper the side ‘wings’ are my favourite part they are really comfy to use and keep the neck and shoulders up and in better position .

Fantastic. I have tried many pillows after being diagnosed with EDS and POTS. This pillow works so well for me both on my back and my side.
